IMPORTÂNCIA DO ORÇAMENTO EMPRESARIAL EM UMA EMPRESA DE SERVIÇOS: UM ESTUDO DE CASO SOBRE O USO DESSA FERRAMENTA

Abstract

This study made it possible to analyze how a company has been structured to set up the company's esiness budget and whether this structure is related to its management model and the organizational culture of the company. For this study was used as a method of data collection, the accomplishment of a case study in a company of the services segment. The tools used for data collection where we sought information about its structure and an interview with one the managers of that company. Analysis of the collected data showed that the management model used by the company and the dissemination of its culture, helps in the assembly of the company's business budget and focus of its managers in achieving the goals and control of expenses.
